QUALITY CERTIFICATE
Bulloneria Emiliana Srl was the first company in Modena and among the first in Italy in the nuts and bolts and screws sector to obtain, on 22/12/1997, UNI EN ISO 9002 certification of its business quality system (certificate no.0865) through the I.C.I.M. Industrial Certifying Institute for the mechanical industry, one of the leading certifying entities in the sector.
The company keeps its certifying process up to date according to the latest legal provisions in force.
It is able to produce certificates normally associated with products (from certificates of conformity, such as, 3.1, 2.1 and 2.2 to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) certificates).
Its quality control laboratory contains numerous control instruments, durometers, concentricity gages, plug gauges, ring gauges, calipers, blocks and also a GEIGER counter. All the equipment is obviously maintained according to strict certified procedures.
IN THE PRODUCTS
We sell articles almost exclusively made by certified companies with the highest qualitative standards. We have around 80,000 articles of which around 55% are available in stock.
All the foreign production companies we work with are regularly subject to an audit by our staff directly at the production sites.
IN THE SERVICE
Our prompt and reliable service is always aimed at satisfying the customer; the material is distributed by Bulloneria Emiliana’s own means of transport or by specialized carriers. Deliveries are managed according to programs or through a "just in time" system, and all customer articles have codes to facilitate the processing and management of orders.
